Bookings for all classes is essential:
Pilates is a form of low intensity exercise that challenges your body's ability to use the correct muscles with spcific movements. It is absolutely brilliant at educating your body to move more correctly. Pilates is a brilliant form of injury recovery and prevention and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
The classes are 45 min long and you are welcome to stay a bit afterwards to foam roll or do your own rehabilitation.
There are maximum of 6 people per class. You can contact Bridget to get an idea of which class you would be best suited to.
